  Ornery, discourteous, unprofessional staff. Stopped in several years ago to try to purchase new hoses for the filtration system. Admittedly, we were beginners at pool maintenance. The store associate acted as if we were bothering her, and, with an audible huff, showed us to a box of miscellaneous hoses that mostly wouldn't do for what we needed, then went back to standing behind the counter and glaring. We left without buying anything, and haven't been back.
  
  (Fishy how there are so many glowing 5 star reviews by people who have submitted only one review. Is the owner trying to stack the deck against all the negative reviews by posting fakes??)
